Start with your intention.

How to use it

  1. Write your intention in a few words.
  2. Answer why it matters, how you want to feel and the first small step.
  3. Plan for one likely obstacle, set a check-in date, then copy or download.

The “if that happens, I will…” line is an if-then plan: deciding in advance how you will respond to an obstacle.

An intention is a direction, not a test. If the plan stops fitting, change it at your check-in.

What is an intention setting worksheet?

How is an intention different from a goal?

A goal is a result you measure; an intention is how you want to live or act along the way. Many people use both.
