Write your intention and pick a start date.
How to use it
- Write one short, present-tense intention you can honestly believe.
- Pick your start date and how many days you want to try (33 or 45 are common choices).
- Write it 3, 6 and 9 times through the day, and tick each session here.
Each day has three sessions: 3 + 6 + 9 = 18 writes. Total = 18 × days. Your ticks are saved per day in this browser’s local storage, not on a server.
There is no official length; people often try 33 or 45 days. Missing a session is fine; the point is the attention you give your intention.
