Future-Self Journaling Prompts
Draw a manifestation journaling or scripting prompt, write in a private box that never leaves your browser, and download your entry if you want to keep it.
Future-self journaling prompts
Describe an ordinary Tuesday a year from now, in the life you’re growing into. What do you notice first?
How to use the prompts
Draw one prompt, set a timer for five or ten minutes, and write without editing. If a prompt doesn’t fit today, draw another — there is no wrong way to begin.
Scripting prompts ask you to write a hoped-for moment in the present tense. Pair that with one real-world step, so imagination and action work together.
Journaling is a reflective practice, not a promise of a result. If writing brings up something heavy, it’s okay to pause and reach out for support.
