How Awen works
Daily practice, intentions, vision board and journal.
Awen brings a few gentle rituals into one private place. Here is what is being built for the first iOS release.
Daily practice
A short guided reflection, shaped around you.
Each day starts with a simple question — how are you feeling? — and a short guided reflection shaped around the feeling you want to grow into. There is no streak to protect and no wrong way to begin.
- Choose the feeling you want more of this season.
- Reminders only if and when you turn them on.
Intentions
Set gentle intentions — a direction, not a demand.
Intentions in Awen are small promises you want to keep to yourself. Write them in your own words, revisit them, and notice what is changing without needing to fix everything at once.
- Private to your account.
- Written in your own words, at your own pace.
Vision board
A private vision board for the life you’re making room for.
Choose images that remind you of the life you want to grow into. Vision board photos are stored privately under your account rather than shared publicly.
- Only you can see your board.
- Images stay in your private account storage.
Journal & listening room
Journal freely, and listen your way back to yourself.
Write a sentence, a question or a feeling — the journal is private to you, and the app is designed so you can export it or erase your data. A listening room of short guided audio sessions covers themes like self-trust, boundaries, gratitude and releasing timelines.
- Export your journal or erase your Awen data at any time.
- Guided sessions on themes like self-trust and gratitude.
Good to know
Reflection, not a guarantee.
Manifestation can be a way of turning toward the life you want with honesty and care. Awen does not promise that thoughts alone control outcomes, and it is not therapy or medical advice. Your choices, circumstances and support in real life matter.
Awen is in development. Features described here reflect the app being built for its first iOS release and may change before launch.
